Oh I'm certainly a more nervous flyer since I started watching it - but I can't stop.

Not sure he would have been my first choice in playing Enzo to begin with.

I was so glad to hear he ain't gonna do it. Don't want Bale risking his health to play a character like Enzo.

I am binge watching The Walking Dead. Not seen it before it is quite enjoyable

I remember the extreme hype for Avatar and I caught it quite late since I was out of the country when it premiered. And also remember that flat feeling I had in my tummy while wearing those dumb 3d glasses in the theatre. Yeah, everything was colourful and nice to look at but all I remembered walking out was a rainbow with dark blue shadows.

Everyone at work is going on about the Netflix programme - Making a murderer.
Anyone watching it?

I've heard Revenant s brilliant, so that's on my list.
Martian? I watched that the other night, really enjoyed it.
The Danish girl. Before you say 'it's a girlie film', you should watch it. Eddie Redmayne is brilliant, but he's a favourite actor of mine. I loved him in the Hawkins film and in Les Mis. He can take really difficult roles and be very convincing in them. Danish girl is really thought provoking, and it's sad. Even more so when you realise it's based in a true story. And the true story is sadder than the film. The main character that Redmayne plays wrote a book called 'man into woman' . The first consideration of transgender issues. I'm going to read that book now. It's what a lot of modern transgender thinking started from. Set in the twenties. It's the sort of file pm that when you've watched it you keep thinking about it and then you want to each it again.....if only for the joy of Redmayne's acting.
If you only like action films maybe give it a miss.

The Danish Girl is a love story. I've been watching Transparent on Amazon and this season they actually had a story line tying the same Doctor. The true story goes deeper than the film, and there's a lot of it that takes place in Paris.
Jabs, can't believe you'd not watched The Walking Dead. It's fun and enjoyable but does require you to turn your brain off at times.

Just came back from watching 'the boy'....my mate's gf chose it so we all went along of course.
Review: Whatever it costs you at your place, just take a lighter to your cash and watch it burn, it's worth it trust me.

I really enjoyed The Martian but was a bit disappointed with the final part of the rescue, I don't think they had to go as far as they did to create the drama of that.
