Not sure if it would work with Lewis & Daniel in the same team. Daniel won't back down from a fight, but unlike Nico, has the talent to keep trying Can see heartache with that pairing. Wouldn't mind seeing him at McLaren. They are still making nice progress and if he teamed up with Van Doorne for 2017 or 2018 I wouldn't be too upset.

OOOOOOOOOO! Danni and Lewis! Yummy! Two guys who know how to race yet show respect for other drivers. That would be good! That would be tasty. Anyways Daniel did say recently that he is open for contract talks despite old meanie Marko saying he is not up for grabs. I think Daniel will stay at Red Bull unless Red Bull start putting all their eggs in Max's basket then he could might look at moving.

He's awesome.
I hope they don't shaft him at Red Bull.

F1 needs great characters and personalities, just like days of old.
Daniel is one such endearing personality.

Ricciardo is pretty much my 2nd fav nowadays and it sucks to see him gutted on the podium. I have an idea of what he's thinking.....this team plays me out the previous race and in this race they make probably their first ever major blunder.
Hope he gets over this quickly and gets a few wins this year on merit.

I really feel for Ricciardo, to have an absurd race strategy cost you a race is difficult to deal with. He could have turned to Lewis Hamilton and asked how it felt for him last year. He is a joy to watch race and a general nice guy that doesn't take himself too seriously choosing instead to let his racing do the talking.
It was odd to see him on the podium today in that sulky demeanor but like I said, it's easy to understand when you've got a team that twice now has screwed you for whatever reason.
It's something we saw Hamilton live with on multiple occasions while at McLaren that fateful 2012 season. Are Red Bull writing the same story for Daniel?
Would love to see him jump into a Silver Arrow.

I was absolutely gutted for Ricciardo. Such a good lap, and then completely fucked over by an appalling pit-stop. He a fair amount of time to play with too.
I thoroughly condone the head-shaking on the podium, and the honest words with the press afterwards... I hope he managed to escape and jump on a flight as quickly as possible.
Better luck next time.

He is pretty pissed off, be interesting how he'll go after this. Hopefully the smile be back for Montreal, I don't like seeing Dan all mopey, it makes me mopey.

I agree. Danny's face should be like this not like this Looks like his head is on upside down when he's sad.

Im going to put this out there. Im confident it wont happen. But I would be happy if it did.
Ricciardo is my 2nd favourite driver. I would like for him to leave RedBull, and take Rosberg's seat next year.
And for him to win the WDC next year.
Three in a row is enough for one driver. We need a change next year.

I'd love to see Ricciardo in the Merc...won't go as far as to say I want him to beat Lewis! My second favourite driver too, along with Max. Max is still in the making , but he'll be there. Did you hear that Lewis said Ricciardo was one of the best drivers he'd raced against. ( I reckon the others are Alonso and Kubica)

I wouldn't mind seeing Lewis lose to Ricciardo in the same machinery, as long as it's on merit. But I still think Lewis is the better driver, at this stage. Ricciardo to Merc would make it a dream team. Frontrunner will also get more interested in F1.

I have to say Vettel is performing like sh!t these days. Don't know how much of it is down to Ferraris lameness. Maybe their new 'aero' parts are making the cars worse, which is maybe why Kimi crashed in the slowest corner of Formula 1. Lol

Vettel always has like things just so, and when it's not he goes into panic mode and does silly things. I guess the Ferrari isn't 'just so'.
