I copied you WB , because it looked so delicious. Just a teeny one for my lunch. Instead of mozerella I used some local cheeses I'd bought yesterday from the cows and goats that graze high in the Alpine pastures. You can see the cheeses in the packets next to the dish. The white one is the goats cheese , the gooey blue one is called Bleu Bonneval sur Arc. Bonneval is the first village you come to if you go over the Col d'Iseran ( you'll know that from the tour) . I didn't go over it on a bike. Beautiful drive, great walks, lovely old village and yummy cheese shops . imgur.com/a/g0o1w

This needed to be displayed in all of its glory! I ran to show it to my wife. That blue looks absolutely insane! (she's the blue girl BTW) Don't know why I didn't tell you to do this sooner racechick since you've been struggling with it for a bit. right click, and copy image location and then use the insert image button here and paste the URL into the link. You know you copied the right link if it ends with .jpg which is what the website here needs to display it properly.
