I've been keeping an eye on Christina Nielsen, She's currently kicking ass in the Tudor United series Driving for Asten Martin, probably be at Le Mans next year. Not 'Merican but she could pass.

Good signing by Haas I think, going with experience. See if Grosjean can delivery the goods.

It is going to be very interesting to see which team winds up at the bottom rung in the points race next year. With both Manor and Haas showing up seemingly to eat at the big boy table, it may really be an all out slug fest.

When we look at the 3 last new teams, HRT etc, they were proper new teams with a big learning curve, normally it would take a new team years to progress to where Force India are - mid grid. But Haas and now Manor just cant be classed like that, chances are they will be low midgrid, with good engines and most of the chassis and running gear already proven, they will be like STRs, good enough to stick out once in a while.
Haas should really be a bit better off on paper than Sauber bar the operational learning curve
If nothing dramatic happens at Honda over the winter, its almost certain Button will be duck last on the grid every race, with Alonso ahead of him by 1 place or up to a few places once in a while when it rains or its Monaco etc. At least both drivers will be able to wave their checkbooks and payslips at Stevens and Guiteirez as they get lapped
Oh well

Marussia-like livery (It's the same sort of livery that they use already) Mobil1 sponsor (maybe their exxeron oil or whatever) Also it looks like CocaCola on the engine cover...

Indeedilydoo. Other that being an American team and my belief of that being a prerequisite for cracking into the market, Haas has done absolutely nothing to win me over as a fan.

I will be begrudgingly rooting for them next year simply for the sake of moving the sport forward. Every opportunity they've had so far to win me over as a supporter has gone the other way. Not the best way to make an entrance... but if they put one car in front of their Ferrari "teet" a few times next year, I may be swayed.

I swear, if the last requirement is for Grosjean to move over for Vettel to confirm what every bit of circumstantial evidence so far has pointed to...

This is a pretty cool behind the scenes at Haas logistics and mechanical center in the UK. Amazing to see so much "stuff" for a team that hasn't even put a car out on a track yet. No wonder there's a 100 million dollar budget that goes into just showing up.

To be fair they should be pretty good, they took a year extra to make sure they were ready and they are a CNC machining team with Ferrari support and racing knowledge.
They could potentially bring some new things to the table.

No surprise Haas is the first team out of the box to pass their chassis crash test. All eye on these guys and they're holding steady.

I don't know whether to be glad they found the problem or concerned they made such a common mistake.

Could probably make a nice independent team if they all got together. Bring Ford into the engine mix... voila. If only F1 were that accommodating. If only they'd leave the regulations alone for five or six years.
