McLaren were faster than ALL Renault cars through the speed traps in Qualifying, this is the first time so far.

Man these guys suck. The engine isn't the only problem, its eating tyres up and they can't get the brakes to work until half distance. Don't know if its MGU related or just brakes, but man they look really lost. And that new paintjob looks better on my laptop screen compared to real life.
If I were to give a 'best employee' performance of the weekend, it has to be the front jack guy.

Apparently it was just a tear-off that happened to land over Alonsos brake duct - so just bad luck not reliability. When looked at lik that the only backward step this weekend was buttwipes performance - completely useless. If Alonso had finished its likely he would be 9th or 10th, and if Jenson had dnfed in the firs lap - we would all be saying what an amazing job McLaren have done to move from the back to the middle in 5 races Just because of a tear-off, and ofcourse mr lame duck himself - the picture is completely changed, with telling us it was the most scary 30 laps ever, tc etc etc - same old crap, just lying to avoid explaining why he was so shit when his teammate was 10 places up the road Its the teams fault for having this duck around still, there is no such thing as coincidence - since Lewis left the best result for this team was Magnusson standing on the podium, apart from that its being buttcheek dragging the team down to new records in shiteness

Oh yeah I forgot it was button who was complaining about tyres being eaten up. Hey, that sounds very Canada-like! Where was Alonso running when he retired? I didn't notice.

McLaren confirmed after the race that they found no technical problems with Buttcracks car.
Apparently he couldn't get the tyres to work and had poor grip, yet after spending all race tweaking his cockpit settings at the end he was setting top 6 lap times. His fastest lap was 10th fastest.
Yet the media are reporting that it was the car that was dangerously scary with a binary throttle - though that was obviously not the case in the second half of th race when the settings had been adjusted properly like they should have been done by a competent driver during free practice
Then theres the little matter of Alonso before the race saying points were possible and Butthole saying he was basically dreaming or on something.
This is exactly the same pattern we have seen thru his miserable career especially in 2012 - he cant setup the car to save his life as he needs a perfect car and nothing else works, and so on track he is slow and can find NO GRIP and then blames the car for something 'strange' that must be investigated by all the engineers
So the development of the car goes sideways for ever
Ron will do something about this, that outburst about no points is disgraceful and ofcourse the steak dinner media will blame Honda - lets watch the rsult of the fireworks from Ron - Coul start seeing Mags more and more in the car this year

And Alonso, who actually had no brakes and almost crashed?

It was just cringeworthy reading those comments from Button. I forget where first I saw them now , BBC or telegraph saying it was the scariest laps he'd ever raced and Mclaren would score nothing this year. While, as you say Cookie, Alonso, with no brakes, said when asked. " yes it was scary, but it was ok." And this is the track Alonso had his big testing accident at. He has every reason to be nervous , but it's Jenson who is frightened for his life with no grip and weird inexplicable things happenning to his car. When will people ever wake up to Jenson Button and his games? I don't think ever!

It makes me fume!! Mostly because of the reaction of our useless, corrupt, steak dinnered press reaction. They refuse to ask the questions and already have their manifesto, which will include blaming Honda first and then turning on Ron and then the main course of 'I told you so' about the Spaniard
On the surface its easy to say they have screwed the pooch, but considering Hondas 1 year behind plus how bad McLaren were with Merc engines last year plus the start RBR and Renault made last year its still ball park considering the tech Honda have brought along - which is what we want - innovation etc
If Alonso had finished 9th or tenth we would be saying they are on track and comparing it to 2009 - they would have matched FI etc, instead its all 'dangerous monster' that poor Jenson cant find grip in. No one notices the same old story - lewis at th front , Jenson at the back looking for grip, and then saying exactly the same
Its strange Something very wrong needs investigating its the car my legwarmers slipped off into the air intake my leotard was too tight cos I grabbed my wifes by mistake the car is basically not driveable 'how can this car be so bad' 'what IS he doing' 'my teammate is being dangerous, please call him off, please'
How can 1 lame duck buy so many steak dinners and make his arse so disturbing to so many muppets (including Ron)

This was taken from an Autosport article about the heavy testing McLaren are hoping to do at the Barcelona test. ( not sure if I can copy the link). It talks about deciding wht direction they want to go in, and getting on top of Buttons problems. NOOOOOOO MCLAREN!!! . 2012 blind allies and time wasting all over again!! Just follow Nados lead!! Jeez!.......... FROM AUTOSPORT.. Racing director Eric Boullier believes the test is crucial if McLaren is to make progress following a troubled and point-less start to the campaign with new power-unit supplier Honda. "We've a lot of components [to test] - it's the whole car," Boullier told AUTOSPORT. "Mechanically there have been a lot of new parts designed, and a lot of aero stuff, a lot of progressive stuff we are going to try. "It's a very, very interesting two days for us because we are developing a new philosophy, and there is a lot to extract. "It's also about understanding the direction we want to go, and we hope to achieve this." The test will also enable McLaren to get on top of the issues faced by Button during Sunday's Spanish Grand Prix. The 2009 world champion complained the first 30 laps of the race were the scariest of his life due to the rear end of the car continually snapping out on him. Switch changes and new tyres helped alleviate Button's fears to some degree, although Boullier is convinced the problems experienced by the 35-year-old will not reoccur. "At the previous four races the car was nice to drive," said Boullier. "Because of one problem in one race it doesn't mean anything for the future. "Most of the teams complained about rear grip, and it was the same for our car. www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/118929 ( Ah got the link)

Hahaha, dont worry it sounds like the team know exactly what went on, and are just saying soothing things to the Brit press to keep Buttons steak dinnered buddies opiated
I am sure erich has a lot of cultural experience of people feeling really scared, or quitting. Buttclench has played his no grip card for this season, the unique McLaren car 2 problems (that other teams also experieced with rear grip, but werent scared for their lives) WILL NOT REOCCUR lol

Yes whatever occured last time round with Alonso and McLaren, they must be very glad they have him right now. They would be in very deap shit with Button leading the team!
In that interview with Lewis that RyRy posted, the interviewer asked Lewis about Mclaren. He gave a good answer, and referred to Alonso but didn't mention Button. I imagine Lewis would have been peeing his pants at Buttons reaction to the car in Sunday. Wisely he just didn't mention him.

Even test drivers have more bollox than Buttrash (see how I reunited Jenson with his sugar daddy in one word lol) They RECTIFIED the issues by removing then placing a test sim driver in the cockpit then starting the engine and driving off
