Terrible news from Paris. I can't believe people could do such evil things. I was sad watching the news coming in last night, but even more sad today. Maybe it takes a while for something like this to sink in.
Watching Paris pull together in the wake of this, giving blood, laying flowers, playing music in the streets and vowing that they will carry on their lives as always, they will not be terrorised and live in fear. It was so moving, and so sad. Those poor families.

I think its really good how people stand united with France in solidarity against the terrorists in Paris. I'm not just talking about the unanimous UN resolution to act against ISIS, but things like the football matches, where people come together, small insignificant differences forgotten as they stand united against terrorism. Intelligence services have uncovered threats to Brussels and the whole city is on lock down. Metro closed, railway stations closed, cinemas, museums and theatres closed, restaurants and bars asked to close, people asked to stay indoors.
Today Nikki was shopping in Nottingham and she said there were police everywhere. Things can't go on like this.

Take this with a pinch of salt but be a bit cautious tomorrow as "Anonymous" have managed to uncover intelligence by hacking that this Sunday Daesh (IS/ISIS/ISIL/Scumbags) are planning to attack Italy, USA (Washington D.C, New York), Indonesia, Australia, France and the UK Sunday 22nd of November. Anonymous has already got over 5,000 ISIS twitter accounts shut down over the last week through hacking and even taken down/defaced some ISIS websites INCLUDING AN ISIS DATING SITE HAHAHAHAHA

There's evidence now that some of these terrorists weren't particularly devout. Drank, took drugs and rarely went to the mosque.

Istanbul latest to be hit by terrorists. I can't believe it. I love Istanbul, it's my favourite city. I've stayed several times in Sultanamet and walked all around the blue Mosque area. Ten dead. I don't think it would stop me going again, but it might, I'd think twice. I wonder how Elfinity is and what she thinks? More and more places becoming too dangerous to consider. I don't think I'd go to Morocco or Tunisia at the moment, both places I wanted to visit. www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-35290760

The more attacks on predominantly Muslim nations the more willing those countries will be to form a coalition to actually fight ISIL instead of fighting proxy wars against one another in Syria.

Today a terrorist attack on Indonisia (Jakarta) several dead and seriously injured. They haven't determined yet who is responsible but Indonisia has been on red alert concerning possible Isis attacks and have suffered terrorism from them before. www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-35309195Britain remains on 'high alert' as to a possible Paris style attack. 600 more police are being fire arms trained to join the 2000 already trained in London. www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-35308467

Man this is so f*cked. Don't know what's next and where, I always see police roaming around tourist areas in KL these days. And you know what, these d!ckheads are still alive mainly because of politicking powers. They could've been exterminated long ago if the powers stop d!cking around and get the job done.
Btw Gold and silver prices are flying at the moment.

...and now people will get angry, and another wave of anti Islamist responses from the western world, and more calls for war, and drone strikes in Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Somalia and who knows where else. which will lead to more retaliatory extremist bombings in Europe...
It's not as easy to solve as the hundreds of online posts you'll read and the solution is complex, there may never be a solution entirely, just management. Religion is part of the issue (all religion) but take religion out of the equation and extremist will still find very valid reasons to try and kill others. Despondent people are sure to act in extreme ways when fueled by ignorance, hatred, and inequality.
There's been hundreds upon hundreds of people killed in extremists attacks around the world, if you search for them you can find them. But you won't have the news headlines brought to you like the are when an attack happens in Europe or in the US.
I hope for the best outcome possible for those impacted directly or indirectly by today's terrorist attacks.

A lack of education is part of the problem too. The reason we don't see about all of the extremest attacks is because they're not close to us, when it gets closer and closer we feel vulnerable and thus conversation turns to them.
You talk to people in South America for example, they don't hear/see much about extremism in Asia, Africa or Europe but when something happens in the US they hear about it.
Sorry if any of you are religious, don't take offense but... religion sucks dick. Remove religion, add education, add healthcare, remove guns from civilian use and learn to respect eachother and the world would be 100x better off.

DON'T BLASPHEMY Ryry..... Kidding, I'm not religious either. But I think it's okay to follow your religion, all of them promote peace and goodwill. No religion is bad. Unfortunately, it's used in politicking and intepreted by idiots which convert it into a very dangerous 'tool' to attract many other tools out there. It's like the gun law, guns don't kill but stupid people with guns kill. So I'd say it's a problem that'd never be completely solved, banning religion isn't the answer...it's mostly a lack of education and massive ignorance by the 'followers'.
Any of you seen the movie 'Book of Eli'? It didn't do well at the box office or anything but I think it's a great movie which describes how powerful religion can be in the hands of both the right and wrong person.

We don't only hear about terrorism in the west. The last terrorist attack I posted in here before Brussels was in Bukina Faso and 27 people were killed. But of course there will be more reporting when the attack is close to you.
These animals aren't religious, they thrive on hate and ignorance. And the more they attack innocent soft targets the more they will be hated around the world.
Anyone interested in how extremists go about life and preach hatred and intolerance, there's a programme on ITV tonight at 10.40. It's been secretly filmed in Saudi Arabia by activists. Apparently a 14 year old is interviewed and asked what he thinks about Chritians. His answer is that they should all be beheaded until there's non left. I'm away at the moment but am recording it.
