If it's anything other than a real driver then I have to give up all hope. I'm getting sick of pay drivers in lieu of real talent simply to make ends meet.

I think Ferrari can place JEV there for a year, he's already signed for them in their driver program and has gobs of experience in a midfield car plus is a proven guy.

I've seen on Twitter that Roberto Merhi has the second seat.
I don't know much about him.
And I think Jordan King will be test driver.

Merhi seems to have an acceptable background. Not a complete no talent but Huge wallet type of guy

He's switched to sports cars, endurance racing ...( I thought with Honda but I might be completely wrong on that) he'd aleady signed a deal so was out of the frame for the Manor drive.
