That's a long way to go for a joke my friend. I still clicked on the link, and still read the article. I had the word science in it. Anyway, speaking of deep holes. *NSFW* I saw this today and thought of you.

To be fair the joke was an after thought. I was genuinely interested in the video. Especially when they start talking about the size of the earth

This is the future of 3D printing, apparently it was inspired by the Terminator 2 movie. Muy cool.

Interesting read as to the reason Virgin Galactic's Spaceship Two crashed last year. Vox Of note is the quote below, clearly not the level of redundancy and error prevention/correction that you'd expect.

Trudge on over to Pewresearch and take their basic science quizjust 6% of Americans got all of these questions correct, I was fortunate to be in the 6 percent group but I have to admit that I had to draw out on on a little scratch paper to remember my basic science class on light paths.

I nearly got one wrong, I didn't read thoroughly and nearly chose Wavelength, thankfully I read the question twice and switched to Amplitude

You've got to give it to Einstein. He was a pretty clever chap.
He theorised these 100 years ago.
I struggle to theorise my morning poop.
