I think some of you need to start making peace with the fact that Rosberg will be WDC 2016. And he deserves it. This year is the year of the impossible...

So apparently, a damp patch is to blame for Lewis' loss today...
I've heard it all. In the US Grand Prix, if Lewis loses, blame the Time Zones.

Nope. Lewis is not blaming the damp patch. Lewis has said quite categorically that he made an error. Lewis never looks for blame when he makes an error. He haant referred to Vestappen weaving either.

I'm on a non drinliking month, it finishes in four days, otherwise I'd be comatose right now! Even at 6.30 in the morning. What fricking Calender are you working to ?! One that finds a four week slot where im in the UK. Impossible to not drink on holiday. Go to Lanzerote on Thursday and drinking can recommence.

Sky were saying it in their usual defence to make Lewis look immortal. Lewis can even take the blame and they will still look for alternatives.

If you are talking about the final chicane, where Lewis had to go off track, I think weaving is a Massive exaggeration !!

Moving twice in braking zone, whatever you want to call it....that thing Max does. My point was, Lewis hasnt referred to it, others have, Lewis hasn't. And he's accepted the start as his mistake. Hes making it tough for the haterz!

Went for a meal today in China. Was delicious. Had some rice (we call it ryry here in china) and a lovely big goose egg on top. I thought it was really sweet but some say it is a little bitter.
Also, everything I have said about rosberg from the start of the season has come true. With that and my pool scores it's like I can see the future or something.
You guys can call me mystic max if you like.

You can refer to my poetry for updates throughout the season on how I predicted Rosberg's success.

So now the interesting thing to see is how many points Rosberg can finish ahead of Hamilton after suffering 2 less engine failures and full grid drop and one less engine failure while dominating a race.

It was an interesting race. Actually I enjoyed Hamilton charging back up the grid and after the first pit stop, 4 overtakes in the first lap was kind of representative of why I like the guy. That all being said, if he loses the championship this year to Rosberg, it will be because of his bad starts. Yeah the mechanicals contributed, but in the end, The guy was able to overcome most of those issues. The one issue he hasn't overcome is the starts and that's where he's lost nearly as many points as he has from the mechanical issues. Max is a great defender. Yeah he's not the cleanest when under extreme pressure but seeing his battle against Lewis was the highlight of the season for me actually. Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good, Rosberg this year has not only stepped up his game when he's had to. He's gotten on top of the starts better than Lewis. Is he deserving of a championship or not? Not even a question that I'd care to ask or answer. At this point only a DNF can reel him back in and given the inconsistent starts from Lewis, it's likely that wouldn't be enough still. Good racing up and down the grid though, the Ferrari, Red Bull fight and the Willaims Force India team fight is making the racing very meaningful for the rest of the season. Enjoying that alot. I'm old, I finished watching the race live, went to bed, and slept till just now.

33 points, 28 points different between 1st and 2 over the last four races. Hamilton can't win unless Rosberg has a major mechanical or DNF or something that plummets him down the grid. Formula WWF couldn't have written a better script.

Pissed with this season. And pissed when I read people saying It's not down to mechanical issues.

The haters are gonna have a field day.....a second rate Rosberg beats Hamilton over a season.
Who cares about his mechanical failures, they didn't care about him dropping out of 3 races while leading in the McLaren thus losing 75 easy points to Button during that special "3 year championship".

I know, some twat in a FB group immediately pointed out that Rosberg had a mechanical failure in Abu Dhabi in 2014. Let's not address the fact that he was behind on points and behind in the race when his car failed. LOLZ, the pain in real but I'm happy with the season given the way it played out.
Seriously though, Hamilton hasn't helped himself with the poorly timed bad starts. Interesting that Rosberg has lost more positions than Hamilton with his poor starts, but it's all about when they happen.
Seriously, I'm not going to begrudge a driver a championship regardless of how they get it. The season is a season long and whomever is ahead at the end wins it. The who/what/where/how is always clouded by time and fuzzy memories. If Button can have a championship, we shouldn't be hard on Nico.

Pretty cool read, the rags want their headlines and there's only one guy in the sport that elicits the hits that keep their Viagara ad revenue coming. The rest is all butthurt.
