I've seen the little rumors of Button perhaps in the mix for a Renault seat. Hope he gets it, the best driver on the grid by far deserves a better race seat.

Wondering how long it would be to get a reply, I'm just surprised I didn't get a dislike, and I actually got a like from LRW, cheers mate C'mon cookin, deep down your the biggest Button fan here, no need to hide it anymore. The day that Button is gone your life will not be the same mate, what will you possibly do without the great JB in F1? You need Button in F1 more than anyone here.

Dont worry, even if Jenson leaves F1 he will continue to supply quality comedy - whether at the BBC or WEC - anywhere he is allowed to talk into microphones held by his steak dinner bumchums, he will continue to provide examples of supreme lameness and sneakiness

I get the feeling that Jenson will be Lewis Hamilton's biggest cheerleader in his future as a commentator.

I get the feeling that Jenson will be Lewis Hamilton's biggest cheerleader in his future as a commentator. And slipped in at the end of each commentary will be a reference to how he struggled heroically to triumph in the one-off bespoke alternative universe championship held over 3 years between 2010 and 2013

I know, it was and will always be Jenson's finest moment in the sport.

You have to hand it to him, the king of the journeymen! the last of the 'please I'll do and say anything you want Ron'
Never has so little industry achieved so many barriers to young talent coming through.
Never has 6 lucky races in a 2 second car yielded 6 years of sheer mediocrity
Hail Jenson Button the king of the ducks!

I've done the figures and all the maths ppl. 2016 + Jenson Button + Mclaren Honda = World Drivers Champion. Can argue with that.

Beating Alonso to the championship would be a great accomplishment indeed. I guees if nothing else, we'd stop hearing about how boring F1 is. That's reason enough to get behind your math.

I'm just saying, there's zero possibility for that scenario happening.

I figured that.
But hey, never know, Perhaps Honda can perform a miracle with their engine, and also JB will have to drive out of his skin to out do Alonso if Honda can perform the biggest miracle ever seen. Stranger things have happen but yes... unlikely

I'm just saying, there's zero possibility for that scenario happening. Well he won it once before? Honda couldn find a miracle cure over the winter? And he may find himself in a car 2s ahead. And Alonso may die over the winter in a cycling accident. So, ya know, don't be too cocky.
