2012 Pole: Sebastian Vettel. Winner: Lewis Hamilton 2013 Pole: Sebastian Vettel. Winner: Sebastian Vettel 2014 Pole: Nico Rosberg. Winner: Lewis Hamilton 2015 Pole: Nico Rosberg. Winner: Lewis Hamilton 2016 Pole: Lewis Hamilton. Winner: Lewis Hamilton Lewis Hamilton is going for his 5th win in Austin, 6th USA Grand Prix win, and 4th consecutive USGP win. Now, as I said 4 races ago, long range forecasts made this look fun.. and as it's getting closer, the only change has been that Friday and Sat morning look to be ok. But that Sunday forecast, well... 2015 qualifying day anyone? Weather Forecast has: Friday: showers with a 20% chance of thunderstorms between 10am - 4pm. Expected daily rainfall maybe 2mm Saturday: Overnight thunderstorms, light patchy showers late afternoon with thunderstorms expected after 5pm. Sunday: Heavy Rain and high winds with 85% chance of thunderstorms between 1pm - 5pm. Expected rainfall 25mm between 10am - 6pm, with torrential rain (15mm) expected to hit between 7pm-10pm. If the weather front pushes back, that would work. If it moves forward, we might lose quali day again but have light sprinkles early and a mainly dry race. Having said that.. my sometimes-good-sometimes-bad forecast site is currently showing 1.3mm showers for Abu Dahbi grand prix

Yeah, wet weather here is likely this weekend but I'm going to go with a dry Friday, with an amazingly dry Qualifying but on a green track, Sunday with changeable conditions with a full wet start and a inters by the first stint and slicks towards the end of the race.

Lol. Force India gonna fit in really well this weekend!
I knew Lewis was masterful at this track, I just hadn't reaslised how masterful. I remember one race, an earlier one, maybe even the first, was a stunning one. It was my favourite race of the year.

my sometimes-good-sometimes-bad forecast site Yup.. as suspected it's shifted forward. The heavier rain is now expected Sat night into Sunday lunch, with dry conditions after 1pm. So Wß seems bang on... wet start, inters, dry finish.

I'm still quite juvenile, whenever I see breast cancer awareness campaigns I just think of breasts.

Weather for the weekend keeps changing, pretty much wet sessions guaranteed, but when and how much. One thing is certain, Sunday's race will start on a green track with rain tires.

The skinny new one on the far right, can't remember his name. Why is he in an F1 car? I have no idea who he is but he just admitted he hasn't driven a single seater for ages and that ten years ago he wasn't strong enough. he wasn't exactly selling himself. Glad I couldn't remember his name for the interforum ( or who I had to choose to get him) I guess this is the point where someone comes on and tells me he's stunningly good? .

If you tipped Gasly, you get Hartley. The reason he is in is because Red Bull's junior program is nothing like it once was. The cupboards are bare and they had to grab what they could. None of the remaining Junior F1 development squad will get a super licence until at least 2019, so they would have had to have grabbed either an ex RBR driver that they'd already shafted, or take a pick from left field. Ferrari are the ones with an awesome looking junior program right now, with a lot of potential on the books.

And he hasn't done much in the world of Motorsports, just winning a race called 24 Heures du Mans.

Yikes. Imagine having all that black on a helmet. Will I be the only one who didnt like it...This is so cool guys, drivers will be able to push very hard on the soft compound on sunday without destroying them. Safe to say it will be a one stop strategy
