Mercedes coming with a lot of new vortex generators on their sidepods: They're also bringing their chimney engine cover & a shrunk engine cover, as you can see they've had to mold it around parts and it looks quite odd. Force India bringing a crazy 4-wing t-wing... Haas have come with a new front win which has a lot more detail, lower down camera mounts and is supposedly lighter. McLaren have mounted their t-wing to the end of the mini-shark fin

Well from what I saw and read, I will be disappointed if Mercedes doesnt fight at least for pole. Give Lewis and Bottas a good car and they will do the job. I believe they when conservative on the engine in FP2 like they did in Spain so race simulations dont tell the whole story.

The track will get better as the weekend evolves. With the support races, the rubbering in. Qualifying tomorrow should be exciting as hell. I'll be surprised if it's anyone but a Red Bull on pole tomorrow though I'll be surprised!

If you look at the sector times, Hamilton is closed in S1 and S2 (can match them) but ridiculously slow in S3... I sense he's sandbagging so with that and the party moved he surely should be able to get pole.
Got to remember that Bottas was faster than him last year so he could take pole too.
I personally want Daniel to win here this weekend though.

I want Bottas to win, that poor bastard is way due a win this season. Lewis right behind. Then the Redbulls. Then Magnussen. Then the Force Indias. Then Stoffel. Then the Toro Rossos.

Well it looks like Mercedes cant even fight the Ferrari. And we know the ability of Vettel to find even more time in qualy as his driving style requeers the perfect setup.
Not sure If I want to watch a procession tomorrow but I hope 1-2 for both RB in qualy and race.

P3 for Hamilton. Good result. Mercedes had their rear tires overheating at the end of the sector 3 which is why Lewis lost a bit of momentum. It was good lap otherwise. Happy Miles 😄
As usual Vettel find a good chunck of time in the last lap of Q3.

Man I know some F1 Fans dont like when other fans talk like this but Vandoorne is some trash. He looks like he already puts his weapon down smh or I missed something. Maybe the car doesnt suit but where is the progression ?
Leclerc as it should be is literally destroying duppy man in the name of Ghost Ericsson.
Gasly hit the fucking gas again. Strong performance 💪 maybe we should call Hartley Brenda from now.
Sainz confirms Monaco is one of his strongest track by outqualify Hulk.
Haas from now is going to suffer from the lack of aero upgrade I think. I will not be surprised if they fall behind Sauber Leclerc at the end of the season.

Mercedes able to bring the Diva of last year back under control a bit. Given Ferrari's 1-2 here last year, I'm surprised they fell down the order as much as they did. In the end Pole here is more due to Renault making progress but I'm sure you won't hear any of that from Red Bull.
This is a circuit that brings out the best drivers and it's not surprising to see the teammates a they wound up. Lance Stroll needs to be hit on his face with a 1 by 4. Man the guy is the poster boy for annoying little rich kids when. So glad the Russian little rich kid kicked his ass today.

Man the guy is the poster boy for annoying little rich kids when. So glad the Russian little rich kid kicked his ass today. Lance Stroll has been very disrespectful today apparently towards his engineers and Sirotkin. And Its not the first time he behaves like that. And as a driver his feedbacks to the press (his ability to describe what happens on the track to explain his performances) is choking to me and very poor. He has a very little knowledges and wisdom I would say. Complete opposite of Sirotkin.
What 1 by 4 means ?
Also what do you think would be the best strategy for Mercedes tomorrow ? Secure P3 ? Or we dont know enough and we have to wait tomorrow as the temparature should be less warmer ? Do you think they look good on the HS degradation wise ? They had a bit of graining inside the front tires in FP3 and the rear were overheating (in qualy too, Mercedes doesnt even put the warming blanket on the rear when the temperature are hot since Bahrain).
Do you think Hamilton could have a shot at the victory or Vettel and Ricciardo will be too strong ?

The way things are going I think Redbull will be fielding 2 new drivers for 2019. The way Verslappen is slapping away their points this season, Ricciardo very public about wanting the best drive.....if I were a performing driver in the midfield I'll be banging on RBs doors harder after this weekend. RB doesn't seem to care about needing to field high profile drivers, they just want value and to show the world their cars and brand at the front. I'd be looking at guys like Perez, Ocon, Sainz, maybe even Hulkenburg and pay them peanuts.

I agree with you Hammer. I think the next Renault upgrade will settle Ricciardo decision to move at Ferrari or not. And for fuck sake Kimi needs to retire for real.
