Bike rides are pretty fun, I've always loved them. Just put some music on, put earphones in, maybe put sunglasses on and cycle along the seafront

Late February my wife and I both started going to the gym. She harasses me to get there and I motivate her when we are there so it works well. I figure if I have to make the time, get ready, drive there, put in a generous hour. Might as well make the time to actually get the heart rate up and the muscles nice and sore. They say it takes two weeks of doing something for it to become habitual.
