Doyou remember this guy? He drove in F1. He's a tall guy, drove for Minardi and Jaguar. He's a nice guy and I remember him launching himself on the stock exchange to try to raise funding for his driving. He's in Indy car now and was struck on the head by debris from a car crashing in front of him. His is brother, who also raced, is asking people not to speculate, they don't have news yet. I really hope the news for this guy when we do get it is good news www.bbc.com/sport/0/motorsport/34037413

Yeah I remember him very well, he was making waves at race starts while driving for Minardi and I was sorry when he left F1. Really hope he pulls through.

He was too tall to fit into the cars of the time as I remember.
I think after Jules everyone is expecting the worst :-(

Just saw a video, freak accident with the debris hitting him in the head, but it was the sudden stop front impact, very much the same type of injury as Jules it would seem.

Starting to make me think of closed cockpits more than I'd like to. RIP to a pretty darn good driver.

It's perhaps best that the family didn't have to go through the year long plus ordeal that Jule's family went through. In the end his father was really distraught.
