It's not the end of the world and you are still letting me top myself? What sort of friend are you? I thought you just wanted a good nights sleep and a shave

I've always had a dream of working with an architect to design my home. So no pictures yet, it would have a court yard or atrium and would be located in a very natural but maintenance free environment.

Never mind all this living on crumbling cliff tops and potentially explosive volcanic islands this is a bit more my style If I get a bit board of somewhere, just pull up the anchor and sail anywhere in the world no fuel required. wind generated power, and onboard water maker, with a well stocked pantry and the fruits of the sea I could be self sustainable for months

It's the Maltese Falcon, She is 88m long and 1240 tons and currently sails with 18 crew to look after 12 guests (for about €300,000 a week ), although I'm sure she could be handled with a crew of 3 surely your all going to have maids and butlers in your luxury homes ?

I think I'm a little short with my retirement fund. Or I could live very lavishly for a week.

But don't forget these are charter holiday rates you could own her for €60 million (I've still got a little bit to save up about €60 million to be precise) surely your all going to have maids and butlers in your luxury homes ? Nah, just RC, she be forced to earn her keep when she turns up after the rising sea level caused by climate change starts reducing the land mass Thats just mean, RC can come live with me I'll even pick her up from Lanzarote

I saw we all buy an island and call it a day. Communal living can't be all that bad. Cookin won't join us since he's got the thalassophobia and all. Yes I had to google that.

Communal living can't be all that bad. Cookin won't join us since he's got the thalassophobia and all. Yes I had to google that. lol I love the sea, its just that I reckon the sea will be coming to me over the next couple of decades, todays seafront is tomorrows mythical sunken ruins. ngm.nationalgeographic.com/2013/09/rising-seas/sea-level-chartngm.nationalgeographic.com/2013/09/rising-seas/sandy-photographyPlease note well the point the cyclical pattern turned into a, errmm, 'obviously not cyclical pattern' (backed up by the exponential rise in catastrophic evidence/protests by nature herself) I am sure the climate change deniers have a chart they can produce to refute this
