The building up to the overtakes is what impress me the most when he charges. Alonso is terrific at this game too. A classic video to have on your repertoire.

That Nurburgring 2011 race is still one of my all time favourites....Top 3 definitely. Testament of sheer speed and will by 3 drivers, and the best one comes out on top.

When you look back I those races, Hamilton was such a strong starter. Since 2016 what was just a poor first half made people believe it was one of Lewis’ weakness.

He's got how many consecutive points finishes now? I know he's top but hope he keeps this run going, another first in Formula 1 history! I can't find a list where it shows this statistic...I know Kimi and Michael are 2nd and 3rd or the other way around.

I notice a couple rounds ago that Lewis is sporting a different style of sunnies this season (the ones in miles' avatar)
They are like a pair you would see a cyclist wear but way more cooler, I like them. I was never keen on those flip up sunnies he was sometimes wearing the last couple years.

Hamilton needs 26 more race win to beat Schumacher race win record. That's looking more and more achievable. The 7 WDC title is the one that will remain unscathed.

It is possible only if Hamilton win this year to match Schumi 7th world title and a bunch of other factors you already know.
The penalty they gave to unecessary dirty overtake man was a blessing in disguise for Hamilton. It would have been worse if Vettel had won the race. Thank you FIA. To be honest I couldnt care less about the poor performance, things happen.
The only thing that really annoyed me was the comment after the race towards Hamilton.

Silverstone my favourite race track. Goat corner names. I dont even mind if there is no overtake I always take pleasure just by seeing cars on this track. Someone better tell to Hamilton the win is obligatory to then destroy Vettel at Hockenam. I am sure this is his plan.
