Looking forward to the race. Not sure if I'll stay up to watch it or just watch it for breakfast. It's 2am here so. Breakfast for sure man. Nothing nicer than a mug of tea, a bacon sarnie and Lewis taking the win. Plus, you know, at your age if you try to stay awake for a 2am start, you'll fall asleep before the end. And that's without delayed starts or red flagged race breaks due to tsunami level rain fall. Nooo, get the beers in and some snacks for late night, watch a movie or 2 or do some gaming then watch the race. I dont like getting up early for races, the program starts at 7 here which is bad enough to get up for on a sunday morning, i always liked staying up for the opener in australia but they changed the time of that and i cant do that anymore.

I've always been an early riser - so early race starts don't bother me.
And these sort or races are the ones I get to watch live !!

Well I like both ends. I don't like going to bed and once I'm awake I usually want to get up. At 2a.m I'd probably stay up. If it were something like 4a.m I'd set the alarm and get up. No way would I not watch it live if I was in the house.

The dogs don't shivagit, they get up 6:30 or thereabouts... every day. So that's my line of reasoning for watching it when I get up.

You could always drug the dogs so they don't get up ?

They're little fru fru dogs, they'd get eaten by a racoon or a possum or so my wife believes.

I'm confused. Why did RB do that? They eliminated the Verslappen threat and now Merc can cruise to the win.
They should've stuck to those tyres till Lewis caught up and then immediately pitted, since Lewis will be on heavy conservation at the end?

Lewis is pumping in the fastest laps on these hard tyres.
